Privacy notice

Copper Fox Pubs Ltd (demo) (27 Camden Passage, London N1 8EA) is responsible for the personal data you give when you book a table, order, buy a voucher or send a request on this website.

What we use and why

• Bookings and the waitlist: your name, phone number, e-mail address, the number of guests, the time and your notes, to keep your table and contact you about it. Notes (for example allergies) are deleted 30 days after your visit.
• Orders: the dishes, your notes and, for pickup or delivery, your name, phone number, e-mail address and delivery address. Your order is printed in our kitchen. Street and house number are removed 90 days after the delivery.
• Card guarantees and deposits: if we ask for one, your card is saved or the deposit is paid with our payment provider Stripe. We only see the card brand and the last 4 digits. A no-show fee is charged only as agreed when you booked.
• Gift vouchers: the names and e-mail addresses of the buyer and the recipient, the message and the value, to send and honour the voucher.
• Stamp card: your name, e-mail address and your stamps and rewards, to run your card and send you its link and your rewards. Your card is deleted when you ask us.
• Event requests: your contact details and wishes, to send you an offer.
• Guest list: we keep one record of your visits and orders so we can recognise you. If you ticked “Send me news”, we may send you news; every e-mail has an unsubscribe link.
• Thank-you e-mail: after a visit we may send you one e-mail with a link to review us. You can unsubscribe with one click.

Legal basis: the contract with you (bookings, orders, vouchers, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), your consent for news (Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in running the restaurant and asking for feedback (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who else gets data

• Menuseum hosts this website and processes the data for us under a data processing agreement.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
• For delivery, your address (without your name) is checked with OpenStreetMap to find the delivery zone.
• E-mails are sent through Resend; the website is delivered through Cloudflare.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It counts page views without cookies and without storing IP addresses.

You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent at any time. You can also complain to a data protection authority. Write to hello@copperfox.example.
